Term and Conditions

Please read and note that this is a booking request form. Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability.

  • Cancellations must be made 15 days in advance. If cancellation is received 8 to 14 days before your reservation date, 50% of the room price will be charged.
  • Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance, 100% of the room price will be charged.
  • A reconfirmation e-mail must be sent to us 7 days before your arrival date.
  • Room rates are quoted per room per night and include all fees.
  • We accept credit card payments by VISA only. Please note that for credit card payments, a 3% fee will be charged. We prefer cash payment in USD.
  • We do not accept traveler's checks.
  • All guests are required to present their passports, copies of which will be kept by the hotel.
